Shiv's character is getting peeled one by one. He started as someone "cool" and "unbothered" as husband but slowly we can see the depth. We know he is a pricipled man as Parshuram. With shiv we are seeing how sensitive he is to his wife's feelings and emotions.
Yesterday he was observing how Shalini's family is guilt tripping her. She will have the burden of letting her family down and fear of losing them forever. Imagine, if she also comes to know that her husband is not who she is thinking he is!! It will be too much for her to process all this...unless ofcourse she is also like Parshuram
. From Shiv's pov though, he has to give her that support and i see that happening already.
Shalini might think that she is responsible for everything if things escalate further. But, it is the pursuit of Parshuram by the detractors that will escalate the situations. Shiv has to deal with that mental crisis also. Add sheetal's revenge to all this. He will be tested from all sides.
The main theme of this story is how "powerful" can trouble a common man if they want to. How arrogant they are with their wealth and power. And how a strong legal system ONLY can prevent them from doing things that they set out to do so easily!! I sometimes wonder if there should be "underground" cops everywhere to be vigilant on the society. Otherwise, the system is being abused by the powerful. James Bonds are fictional but they do showcase how corrupt is the system otherwise.
Again this is a new theme on ITV that regular TRP janta will find hard to understand. But I think there are enough emotionally charged episodes which will make them connect to every character. All the actors are doing their job amazingly well. Karan Kulkarni is menacing. I am already wishing that he should lose all the wealth and beg on the roads. His eyes and mind are blinded by power and wealth. Kabir Kulkarni and his friends should rot in jail all their youth to learn how hard it is to survive outside without the black money earned by their fathers.
