There’s probably no reason for such a presumption but maybe, just maybe, the management and MS aren’t on the same page? There’s no rhyme or reason but sometimes it feels that way.

But what you say is true. Also if MS is unhappy, why would he even stay? He isn’t some fledging new player looking for some fame / entry into the nationals lol. He can retire tomorrow and still will have the same fandom like he had at his prime, that much is certain. Nobody can answer these questions except for the man himself!

It doesn’t make sense yk? Like why didn’t say anything or was his suggestion not given the due diligence it should have been ? Not really sure. CSK management is known for bending over backwards to appease him, it feels strange to see them doing something like this.

He never bad mouthed the people who openly bad mouth him till date, that person will ever speak off and say that yes, I and the CSK management were not at the same page. Flem wanted a team of his own without my interference, so I faked injury and sat through the most important matches and let my team crumble and humiliate so that they come begging me on their knees to revive the team and I said - Ab mood nahi hai. Am I playing - Definitely not.

PS: Ye kahani kaalpnik hai, iska vaasavikta se koi sambandh nahi hai.

Seems this one is coming from IPL time they traded him even when MS was disappointed so things are off between management nd Dhoni

But yeah Dhoni has sidelined himself from planning nd Strategy for Rutu to learn nd grow as captain

The point is that

Whenever Dhoni leaves Captaincy, he leaves every decision.

& he did left it after 2023 win.

Also Jaddu and management had bad blood from 2022 and only due to Dhoni, Jaddu continued.

I totally feel that Jaddu realised Dhoni is hanging his boots once and for all, so wanted to leave before it.

& bcoz Dhoni has left everything on Rutu and Fleming, so he didn't say anything about it, as he never tries to change the decision when he is no longer the Captain.
