Instagram often reacts faster to multiple reports than to who is actually right.

May be that must have been the case like they say it's a case of community guidelines violence they are taking down her page permanently so chances of them reporting her is more or else who will do mass reporting of a business pages...

Yeah. Mass reporting it as spam or hate speech or pirated content will make instagram take it down. They check mass reports more quickly.
