I know Tulsi entered Shanti Niketan again after 6 years emotional moment I understand but why show one whole episode just for Tulsi’s ghar parvesh

I liked the Gomzy-Tulsi scene with the Meri Maa music. After that was the whole Shanti Niketan re-entry. What’s with the Turkish drama pace when Tulsi was re-entering Shanti Niketan

And I am not surprised and liked Tulsi took Vrinda’s side on the boarding school thing. Vrinda might not be fully right but like Tulsi said its the mom who knows and wants the best for her children.

Yep. Also, I think the decision was accepted by Tulsi because she knows it’s important for Gautam to get his wife and son back. If he’s back alone maybe he would pretend to he happy, maybe he would get lots of people helping him but he wouldn’t feel completely at home especially when he looks at his younger brothers; all with their wives and children by their side while he’s the only one without his own.

I know she’ll ask him to be back or maybe he will decide it’s time to be back when he’s got his own little family back. He knows the doors of his home and the hearts of his parents were never closed down for him, he was just hurting, angry so was lashing out.

Once he’s with his family he can be back home too.

It might not be intentional from the makers, but what actually warmed me was that Gautam has been avoiding the calls of his parents for months (or even years), but when it came to the call of Karan he immediately received, even saying that he was surprised Karan had his number, that means (at least to me) they weren't in contact with each other, but somehow Gautam was waiting for a call from his brother.

He was saying that he would disconnect, but he actually didn't..

I really wanted one scene between the two when he says he understands why he is so loved by their parents, but I think makers ended with that flashback, family or even Tulsi will never get to know the truth

Yep. It’s implied pretty heavily that both of them haven’t stayed in touch with each other since forever. Gautam was avoiding the family and moreover his parents, stands to reason that Karan being the bone of contention as far as he’s concerned will be the last person he would be in touch with.

They came face to face with each other after ages at Hrithik’s wedding and ended up arguing in front of everyone with Gautam storming out and refusing to attend any more functions of the wedding festivities.

The fact that both had each other’s numbers even now says a lot, they kept the channels open but didn’t care to talk at all. There was perhaps no inclination, desire or even point to them having one per both of them.

Gautam was probably curious about getting the call though and so picked up, he knew last time he got a call from home voluntarily was when Mihir had an accident. We know Tulsi sought Damini out for the wedding. He may have thought that he’s gonna hear bad news, maybe he’s simply gonna get some news or Karan will gloat or argue with him; in any case he wanted to hear what made Karan call him at last until he could disconnect the call, however it ends.

He was probably taken by surprise when instead of any trajectory his mind had taken regarding the topic of conversation, Karan went where he did and moreover he told Gautam exactly why he knew Gautam was up to the task. He gave Gautam the credit for exposing Noina and plainly laid out the fact - he cares for his family, he loves his parents - Karan knows that and well, he’s being asked to do the duty of a son again. Rest have tried but he hasn’t and he’s not just their last man standing but he’s their sure shot bet. The fact that Karan displayed faith in him and asked him to deliver meant something to him, since as per him Karan is the favourite child who can get anything and everything he wants.

That acknowledgment and validation meant something to him even if he didn’t know it.

The fact that Karan got the situation right was both humbling for Gautam and also maybe enlightening.

His brother wasn’t trying to snatch his parents but he was asking Gautam to make them come together again and step up as their son. Gautam felt perhaps that Karan was trying to replace him, but if that were the case then Karan wouldn’t have called him and even if he did, he certainly would’ve tried to take credit for the same when everyone was thanking Gautam, that yo, everyone, it was me who called him to get the job done. But Karan didn’t do that. He never said a word; and from Nandini as well as Parth’s genuine heartfelt reactions and hugs, he knew that Karan hadn’t confided even in them. It was between them - the two brothers, the two sons of Mihir and Tulsi.

Karan never stood in the way of the love he was owed by the family, he never wanted to take it away or stop it either. Karan allowed him the chance to become a hero and that to Gautam was such a shocking experience that he’s probably processing it even long after he’s gone from SN and is on his way back to Bengaluru.

He maybe thinking at last - was my reaction really wrong? Did I just misunderstand my brother as I did my parents? All I needed was to tell them what the problem was and it was addressed and solved. The problem may have started courtesy of moments that seemed small without anyone consciously noticing how big it can get later on, but he could have avoided years of pain had he simply been vocal. Even his problem with the money issue was because once Mihir simply chided him for not listening and losing money twice - Gautam left without a word. Mihir never denied him the money; he simply never knew Gautam needed it because Gautam himself never asked. He was hurt and felt inferior compared to his younger siblings. He has allowed his pride, ego, jealousy and anger hurt him more than anyone else and lost so much time and peace of mind courtesy of the same.

I think we may get Gautam acknowledging Karan’s role later on, right now it made sense why neither said a word. Gautam’s processing what just happened and it was his moment to shine. Karan never saying a word is what makes the whole thing so much more impactful for Gautam. Karan could have taken it all away from him in an instant but he didn’t… and that’s what will bug and ultimately resolve Gautam’s problems.
