If after losing the 2016 wc semis didn't make Wankhede a panauti stadium, and even after winning 2011 quarter final in Ahmedabad made it a panauti.

It got over so fast like a trace of bullet (in Ravi Shastri s lang).

Wankhede has from years taken most important matches for years.

But no one batted an eye.

Do people know only 3k tickets were sold in the 2011 finals in Wankhede, all the others were given to celebs etc.

A normal person can rarely get to watch a match in Wankhede, unlike in Ahmedabad, where tickets are cheaper, and more people can watch it.

I hope that in the coming years we come out of the obsession with Wankhede, Eden, and Motera and give other stadiums a chance to host important matches.
