You know what ,a dmk ward counsellor grabbed whistles of garbage collectors(they use it to intimate people to come and put their garbage) lol..saying these whistles are banned in his ward hereafter and they should only use loud speaker to intimate people lol..both dmk and tvk are pure madness ..
