Star Station guy gave a contradicting update last night though

SS guy don't have a clue, we saw what happened with his update on the leap.. Jitna confidently he told no leap, I think promo aired within a day or two... So his update should give us more hope

Agree, he has not given confirmed updates about both the leaps and always comes with disclaimers that channel/production house changes things overnight, so don't hold me responsible

he said that gen leap is not happening now but makers are going to improve the current tracks. I think he's correct this time. Taking a gen leap now is a big risk..trps always drop after the gen leap then improve if the new couple and family interests viewers..its happened 3 times already in rishta where the lead couple after gen leap brought in viewers but its no guarantee that it will happen if they take a gen leap now as starplus shows that have recently taken gen leaps aren't doing well..ghums last leap failed and show went off air. Jhanak 2 is not doing as well as jhanak 1 did ..even in anjali awasty..viewers didn't like aarti her daughter and they took the story back to anjali..she's the lead again..they even restarted her original love story ..so I think dkp is going to try to improve the show with Sam and Rohit as leads rather than take a gen leap now when Ipl will be starting ...

I think general leap taking in ipl would be good as any way in starting of leap trp doesn’t come much they can set base now recently trp comes with drama and post marriage which they can do post ipl with promotions
