I think they get paid according to the number of shifts they do. Fees will be 15 lac per shift not per episode. So they may be shooting her scenes for 2-3 episodes in one shift.

I wonder why none of the Gen z actors have theatre background

Earlier producers and casting team would go to watch theatre plays to select actors for their shows. Aajkal to casting social media ke followers dekhkar hoti hai

Most actors today know they can get easily popular and famous by social media. Why bother with hard work then?

But that will not help them to survive in long run. They can get their first assignment easily but if they can't act, getting future projects will be difficult. No wonder these actors disappear in 2-3 years and then land in bigg boss
