How can Tulsi have so much money in first place
Ajay can have as hes business man
Karan Virani is ttally gayab as his family is drowning in karz
Ppl like ajay should come rescue Viranis
Its unbelievable that karan virani has business in USA but cannpt pay off Mihir Virani loan
now ajay tulsiall have to pay Mihr loans being in india
While karan earns in dollars cannot pay his dad loans
What sort of stupid story is this
Karan is angry at his dad and so he’s not helping him. Helping Mihir means helping Noina in turn. There’s a difference between being unable to pay and being unwilling to pay. Karan is unwilling even if he has more than enough money to save the company.
We are yet to see how much amount was paid off by Tulsi to close the loan and on what terms. We don’t know if she directly paid off the bank or was the company under the control of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code wherein the money was paid off to the bank via that. Wherein the company could be ‘rescued’ by a potential buyer but they can’t be related to the owners of the company in any way nor shareholders in the company.
Herein, even if Karan gave the money, they would still need a trustworthy person to act as the third party buyer on their behalf which is where Ajay comes in. Karan being a Virani, a direct owner of the company in a way or at least the son of the current owner can’t do anything, nor can he get Nandini to do it because as his wife she is also not permitted to pay off the loan.
Let’s see tomorrow what they show because they got the technical aspects right. Ran cant bid for the company himself as a shareholder but his dad could. He would’ve simply had a company registered with his parents as owners. He was not the legal owner at the time of the auction, he could just join the company formally later.
He also was correct about the bank giving them time if Ran paid 25 percent of the amount asap after the auction.
So let’s not jump guns here.
