Ya we online audience may overreact few times
but most of the times online audience reaction in short term reflects in trp audience reaction in long term... Example is shaadi track, we kept saying don't illogically make vik do things out of his character, but they didn't listen and they saw how the trp turned out to be... I myself was in shock with the way trp was so underwhelming despite so much drama, despite me not liking few things I thought trp might be increased because of drama.. But no the neetu arrest trp was lowest they got in few months.. Vik ousting mannat, rotu also underperformed... The reach and trp actually increased with wedding promo and with all this toxicity trp decreased... Only after vik reacted a bit sanely during sruti's cremation the trp increased...
Ya may be makers need not literally take every reaction of online audience seriously.. But sometimes they need to take it into consideration atleast..
Fully agree. I have noticed it too. There’s an expectation with the promos, audience expects it to happen. And they keep watching and somehow that’s when these writers bring in whatever great twist they have in mind, and in two weeks TRP drops.
Even I was surprised that the TRP didn’t budge throughout the high points in the wedding track. Only the week that the leap promo came out, TRP rose.
They’re making the same mistake again. They think everyone loved the Indore track. Yes we did. but everyone had the expectation that the story would move ahead. If DK Mannat are happy there, where’s the story?
Now everyday if we have to see their happy family why would we watch the show?!
Our own routine lives are enough for us
with Khushi and Gham. Even my kids friends used to walk in & out when my kids were small. Matlab our daily routine you can show once twice not everyday
