Agree. Shagun was so good
I hate Pari, but as a character just watching for entertainment purposes she’s not boring me or irritating me. She was irritating preleap in the beginning of the show, but now that’s gone too. So that’s good. Regarding the slap, I don’t think smriti would agree with slapping someone on screen 🤷♀️
I think the issue is Shagun has a husky voice. So when she cried or tried to shout, it sounded like screeching. Not that it's her fault but it's a fact. She acts better in the emotional scenes.
Besides, it has been months now. Even if the makers aren't bothered about the acting of the Gen Z, Shagun and every other new gen actor needs to work on their craft if they want to succeed in their future career.

I understand your pov, but for me when it comes to children, I blame him for Rithik as he was the only one sane preleap and didn’t do any wrong to his parents. I don’t blame him for Pari or Angad. It’s not yet shown he forced Rithik to marry Mitali. Rithik said everyone told him to marry Mitali. So Mihir was either included among everyone or not included. Makers are showing him not caring about business and everything because they are trying to show he has lost the will to fight for anything after Tulsi’s exit which is fine for me as he wronged her the most. I don’t care about Pari. He already did enough for her which she never deserved. So for me it’s good he didn’t notice her as this way she kept suffering which she deserved
Oooh, now you have awaken the keeda in me that keeps writing non-stop...
Jokes apart, whatever I'll say now it's strictly from an idealistic point of view and my own interpretation as to where I find these characters wrong. Feel free to yawn...
I told this in one of my earlier replies also (to a different member) that neither in real life nor in reel, I expect someone to be a Tyag Ki Moorat and keep sacrificing even if the person before them is doing wrong to them. BUT, every relationship forms between two people/sides. You can't just walk away and then blame the next person for screwing up. Forget a relation as delicate as father/husband/son/brother, as a social being you have the bare minimum responsibility toward the people around you.
Does Pari deserve this? Hell yeah!
As much as I hate DV, no matter who is the victim, if we strictly think about Karma, Pari deserves every bit of this for almost destroying a family by putting this heinous allegation against them.
However, it has been 6 years. While for us audiences, it's only a couple of episodes, it has been enough time and now she needs to free herself from this rot, start afresh.
Which bring me to my next point - I hate Noyona the Bish. But I completely agree with her on one point - parents can't always be there for kids. They need to be strong. And that strength comes from good upbringing.
Papa ki Pari wouldn't have come into existence if Mihir didn't allow her.
So yes, while Pari is 99.999999% responsible for her own misery, the second responsible person would be Mihir. He can't just walk away from his responsibilities. And like I said, it's not even about being a father. A person with bare minimum humanity would protect someone in such a case.
For example, look at how Tulsi is dealing with it. She isn't forcing herself in the equation. She is still asking Pari to stand up for herself, with the assurance that she will be there for her as long as she is doing the right thing.
When you spoil a child to its destruction and then simply walk away - that only shows what a failure you're as a father and that's what I see in Mihir.
This - I don't have a will to live anymore is pure BS to me. Like I said, if he truly wanted to repent, there was thousand of ways to do that instead of destroying the kids' lives.
He still does what serves his agenda, whether knowingly or unknowingly. At some point he made up his mind that Tulsi was wrong and let Noyona come between them because she was fueling his male ego.
Now he believes Pari is lying so he's letting Noyona do his bidding with Tulsi.
While both the times the truth was right before his eyes.
As for Ritik. There I divide the blame in a 70/30 ratio. Ritik as an adult could have walked away from SN like Angad did. But he didn't. He let others manipulate and humiliate him and that's where I say he's responsible for 30% of the mess.
Mihir I find more at fault because he overwhelmed the most innocent kid with the biggest burden and never ever went back to check up on him until he was in his deathbed. Even at that time Tulsi had to drill it into his thick skull that what led to Ritik's suicide attempt.
In the end, I'll just say, every character is responsible for what's happening to them. However, Mihir doesn't get a free pass that his children are adult and should take responsibility of their actions when his own actions pave the way to their destruction on a very large level.
noyna doesn't care as she's only there for mihir ...even with dev, she's doesn't care thats why she could care less about the what tulsi did and was trying to get the credit so that mihir gets impressed by her lolOriginally posted by: EkPaheli
Something tells me that Noina knew about the abuse for a long time but chose to ignore it because she couldn’t care less. And she probably didn’t want Mihir to develop fatherly affection for Pari again as she wants him all to herself. If that means driving a wedge between Mihir and his children then so be it.

she is pretty, hopefully she gets a new show in the future so that her craft progresses more..i feel bad for saloni though..

Lol, negative characters know it all! Maybe he found something from the detective... there is a reason, why the detective blackmailed noyna not mihir! He might have evidence that noyna did some drama... and ranvijay found out about it!!
