I think his acting really came out in adalat. Didn't follow the show much but he got great variety of emotions to play.

I never liked him in Kasauti from the first scene I watched of the show. I think it was during when his dead wife, who turned up to be alive, was trying to kick him down the stairs. He looked so bad with Prena. I am glad even as a child I was right about bajaj and knew AnuPre were the right ones even though I didn’t watch KZK from beginning. I never hated a male character as him even though I liked/was fine with Pyush in KTH despite liking Sujal Kasish. I liked Prithvi from KYPH too despite being a big fan of Angad and Kripa. I think because those men were genuinely good, so I was fine with them. Prithvi was turned bad later, but he was a great friend to Kripa. I loved their friendship. But this bajaj was evil from the beginning yet he was never exposed nor called out which was disgusting. He was also so older than Prena. So that made their scenes look so yucky too. It was sick to see an old creepy man keeping a young girl hostage all her life.

when i watched kasauti i kept thinking about your hatred and i was like yep, makes sense why she hates him

the photos were disgusting but my last straw was him having affair and hiding about that bas...rd child, then he had the audacity to doubt prerna anurag. wtf was that, budhao was projecting his cheating on these 2

That actor Ronit is another like the few bajaj fans he has. I recently heard from some KZK fans that he blocks people on insta when they speak against bajaj. Cant believe he’s being this delulu just like bajaj was to think he was somehow a good person. He would’ve to block millions of viewers at this point then. I was thinking to watch his web series, but now his off screen behavior is making me not want to watch them. I couldn’t reply to your other posts about KZK the other day. I had an exam to prepare for. Will reply today. Btw someone posted this scene on Reddit. They got him because they didn’t have a lot of actors around who could play a character in his 40s or 50s. Most people weren’t ready to age onscreen and off those that were - most were working on other Balaji shows already. Then there was the prices that had to be agreed upon. Ronit fit all the right boxes. Was old enough to play a dad, didn’t mind playing dad to grown ups, wasn’t asking for sky high prices and so he stuck.

As it is they knew after Amar everyone would fall short so that was also a factor. Most actors knew it was an iconic character and they’re bound to be compared with Amar. No one wanted to be a replacement as it is, but they definitely didn’t want to replace an iconic character because getting rejected would mean end of career. And I mean they weren’t wrong, look at Inder, the man who replaced Amar as Mihir before Ronit. His career was over in movies which is why he came to TV. Then he was replaced on TV within a few weeks too and then never seen again on anything as far as I know.

@bold not sure of exactly the timelines, but Inder had a very bad accident leaving him bed ridden for 2 years, that's when he got out of TV industry. Few articles say it was around the time he was replaced in Kyuki (I doubt though, I think it should have happened in 1999-2000 and he later returned with Kyuki but can't be sure)

obviously later around 2014, he got a few movies but all were forgettable, most notable was the movie Wanted where his role was a glorified extra(maybe got due to. Salman Khan)

later got involved in case where a woman accused him for forced confinement and r**e, he was out of bail and then the accuser got involved in another case where she was charged by her cousin for theft. Eventually he died in 2017 by a heart attack

ironically he and Salman Khan were best friends and he was among very few people except his brothers for whom Salman Khan went an extra mile, but I feel that exactly became the cause of his downfall, because being Salman's bff you need to follow similar lifestyle as Bhai but you can't sustain doing that while you are a nobody. It's said that after the s**ual assault case Salman distanced himself a bit as the girl claimed that Inder had invited her to his home saying that he would get her a role in Salman's movie and when she came in, he confined her...

He had once said that he was invited for big boss after this incident but Salman Khan told him not to join as he is weak in heart and wouldn't be able to cope up in there
