Bold - aapko pata hain my opinion on this 🫣 it's not for Mannat to decide for Vikrant, I am sure she wouldn't appreciate if Vikrant would have found out about ARS being her mother who tried to kill her and hid the truth from her. Wish they show a track like this so we can see what Mannat thinks of truth being hidden from her for her benefit.

Vikrant is no doubt volatile, not trust worthy and ends up trusting the wrong audience especially someone like M whose crimes he was well aware off and still trusted her over Mannat on that fateful day. He needs redemption and that too on his own without Mannat proving or giving him proof this time around. I will also bring up Y, I do not like the fact Vikrant gives all these rights to her , but then acts uncomfortable which is misleading her even if she is shown as a villain. We cannot blame her if she gets vengeful later on.

Are we disolving Mannat of the mistake she made because she lost Shurti, was CA and was pregnant or is it because it was 1 mistake ? Because that 1 mistake ignited the fire which was not something small , it was life changing and destroyed so many lives including hers, Dua's, Vikrant's and ended with Shurti's death. I am excluding RoTu since they were in it for years and they deserve what they got (I know I may be minority on this 🙈)

If you ask me both need to have a realization on where they went wrong, though Vikrant has a bigger and longer trajectory to climb.

I’m not absolving Mannat getting emotionally blackmailed into siding with RoTu and lying to Vikrant. She knows her mistake, repeatedly owned up and begged Vikrant to forgive her and that they would work on it later. What more could she do ? And if she’s nor shown to be remorseful and dwelling on her part of the whole disaster at the present moment, doesn’t necessarily mean she hasn’t acknowledged her mistake, she did and that too to Vikrant on the day. Not out if desperation to get him to marry her, but genuine ownership of her mistake. Now her focus is to bring up her daughter unscathed of her parents volatile past.

Btw I’m still team Vikrant 😂 but feel for Mannat’s struggle where and picked up the pieces for her daughter and her own life as best as she could, Vikrant shunning them both from his life. Including RoTu.

Bold: Ya you are right...mannat would have definitely been upset about it but she wouldn't have gone to the extent which vik went, she wouldn't have broken up with him at the altar.... and eventually would have understood that whatever he did even though wrong , it was just with the intention of protecting her from getting hurt.. But vik with his impulsiveness made the situation worse

And honestly just my pov that....i dont think mannat was entirely wrong either because she was in position to choose bad or worse...worse would be letting him know his truth and hurt him or bad scenario where mannat does hid the fact from him and he stays happy but with the slight chance that vik might eventually get to know the truth and get hurt....in 1 st situation vik would get hurt 100% where as in second scenario too vik would get hurt but there is a chance he wouldn't know the truth and stay in his happy little world... And honestly if vik's birth truth is hidden it wouldn't make much difference to him or anybody else... If at all vish is innocent or rotu didn't change then vik deserved to know the truth to give justice to his mom Or himself .. But vish is culprit and rotu changed too.... So even if mannat told vik the truth earlier he would have reacted the same way, because even then mannat would have supported rotu and vik would have gotten angry in the same way....

So mannat didnt have a better alternative she was pushed to choose between worse and bad, she choose a little less bad situation when she had no other option

Me too, I'm not watching the episodes unless there is some progression in the story. I'm not interested in either Mannat & DK or Vikrant & Y's chai dates/nazdikiyan.I find the forced setups between these non-lead pairings, Mannat with DK and Vikrant with Yashika unappealing...

Mannat was on the right until she kept persuading RoTu to reveal the truth to Vikrant since it wasn't her truth to tell or not tell. Where she made a mistake was when she decided to jump into the mess and support RoTu and DK in hiding the truth from Vikrant by threatening criminals like Vish and Malla.

Vikrant was right on that fateful day until he decided to believe a picture and CA Mannat inspite of him being aware of the secret wedding and still had such a low opinion of Mannat.

@Shazia when the episodes aired even I kept wondering and made posts why was Vikrant not forgiving Mannat in spite of her begging for forgiveness repeatedly. But, now after seeing post leap episodes I understood why , it was because Mannat was asking for forgiveness for lying not that she was wrong in doing so and not that she was wrong in defending RoTu and DK which was what confused Vikrant. Why was Mannat supporting Neetu who drugged him, why was DK more important to her than him, why was she supporting RoTu who kidnapped him. For Vikrant after many times not trusting Mannat, he finally may have trusted her , but had came crashing down when Mannat herself accepted she lied.

I remember Moor made a comment long back Vikrant's reaction was because of his partial memories which were back and for him that was the truth. I didn't understand the impact then because I as a viewer was sympathetic to Mannat who knew she was pregnant and was going to lose Shurti soon. But post leap I understand now after seeing Vikrant flipping back and forth between wanting to see Mannat crying and then pining for her, having a gf , unable to connect with them but at the same time going along with anything they say or ask him to do. He is functioning to the best of his ability by bitching about Mannat as time permits, throwing tantrums about being wealthy and spoiling UV.

Mannat on the other hand due to CA, being pregnant losing Shurti all in 1 day is scared of Vikrant and what he might bring into their lives again. I understand this and her priority should be Dua and only Dua. At the same time I do not approve of her lies to Dua, I would have atleast approved if they showed her talking to herself or DK it was wrong to lie to Dua. But, the narrative being shown is Mannat believes what she did pre leap was right and only wrong party was Vikrant and even now she believes she is right in lying to Dua. Just like Vikrant there is a lot of learning Mannat has to do.

I know we have spoken so much about Mannat's trauma so won't repeat all of that again. I highlighted Vikrant's trauma since we were all (including me 🙈) focused on highliting how wrong Vikrant is/was during wedding episodes.

Exactly the point I was trying to make Vikrant and Mannat are different facing different situations, scenarios and being influenced differently so their reaction to situations and lies would be different. Mannat though was hurt with Shurti's lie she quickly focused on how to save Shurti, Vikrant when he found out the lie, there was nothing for him to focus on other than the fact he got partial memories back and found out Neetu was also drugging him and Mannat was supporting them instead of standing by him.

@shazia I will make a anti Vikrant post hopefully by next week since he is getting ready to blast soon and tag you 🤣

Purple... I will still say she is justified in doing this since Dua is a mere 7 year old whereas neither Vik nor Mannat could handle it inspite of being adults ... moreover while Mannat was ready to hide it initially... she has agreed to reveal it to Dua later when Ronnie pointed out the mistake.
