His brain cells are resting and only get activated when Mannat is in front of him. He is extremely comfortable being surrounded by these women and has stopped using his own judgment. If you observe, he is operating through others, so expecting a real change in his character at this stage feels unrealistic. Redemption begins only when a person knows the truth and wants to change their circumstances through their own efforts. As of now, Yuvi and the people around him define his reality. Y is his GF, Vish is his mother, Arzoo is his business partner, and Malla is Yuvi’s mother. This is the truth he is living with today. His journey towards redemption will begin only when parts of the real truth start surfacing. Dua’s truth should awaken him to think independently and act accordingly. He will definitely be angry, but the women currently controlling the narrative around him will lose their positions in his life. At present, they believe Mannat will never return, they have no idea dua being Vik’s child, and Y cannot even imagine such a possibility. Based on these assumptions, they are acting confidently in the present. However, his past will eventually create chaos in their lives as well. Right now, Vik remains stuck in the same mindset regarding his parents and Mannat. He is unaware of their side of the story, and without knowing the truth, he cannot even begin to acknowledge his mistakes. For that to happen, at least some part of the truth must come out. I want him to start connecting the dots at the very least, to feel doubt about Aish being Arzoo after seeing her face without the mask. Some revelation should occur that forces him to question whether everything that happened to him years ago was the result of deliberate planning and manipulation.
