lets base predictions on cake cutting celebration instead then 😂 at 250episode mark I was doom and gloom where Sharain, Neha and Manit were full of cheer taking centre stage, and our AdSha had their resigned ‘let’s be brave’ hug
but with this weeks 300/1yr celebrations, Addy’s back with two kunafa cakes and our ManVik family centre stage again (bottom clip)

and Addy buttering up Jassi too

Their only saving grace—their off-screen camaraderie and on-screen compatibility—is even more evident after watching their interactions with the other sidekicks; their shared scenes provide the visible spark.
It was really strange to see Vik’s behavior in today’s episode. From the updates circulating on Youtube, it seems that Vik will learn that Dua is his child at Dadar station and he will save her from the goons, which are connected with Y and her brother. This feels quite odd, especially since no backstory is shown from his side, there’s no indication that he ever tried to find out about these people earlier. He is claiming a child after a single encounter and use his rented powers and money will backfire on him. Dua will witness his impulsive nature, and it honestly feels like the writers are not in the mood to redeem Vik at this point. We all expected him to feel regret for his past actions, but all we see is him talking about his Mannat giving him pain. There is no remorse for CA Mannat, throwing Rotu out of the house, using their money, fame, and property, or for failing to trust Mannat during the worst phase of their lives.
The post leap has started to feel misbalanced because on one side we see how much Mannat has changed due to that one day and how even people around her have changed due to that, but on the other side we see Vikrant with no introspecrion, no growth, nothing. He has just added another clingey vamp in the mix who is making it even more difficult to feel sorry for him. I know his redemption won't start unless and until atleast one truth gets exposed or he actually sees the impact his destruction has made on the people around him, but atleast little guilt can be shown? He has 0 remorse for snatching the property which doesnt even belong to him and even has audacity to brag about his name and status everywhere. For few days they kept showing him yearning for Mannat and how he is still unable to get over her but now i feel more sorry for Mannat than him. You can see how badly that girl is traumatized that she lives every day on the edge. Each day her trauma is getting triggered and you can see out of manvik, who is more damaged. People say, Vikrant has no one, he is alone but Mannat has everyone. Still one can see how she is still not okay.

Maybe how they are presenting him is exactly how he is now. If he had introspected maybe he would have gone after them. The first time he did something cruel and exercised his power by snatching everything from Mannat and RoTu without remorse and now when he doesn't get his way he immediately uses his power to his advantage.
Maybe we are not supposed to feel sorry for him.
I think what would be worthwhile is when the truth comes out he better follow through with this cruelty for those housemates of his.

Forget that idea of cruelty, he's completely calm when snakes crawling around him, get exposed..

I know he has changed alot due to that one incident. For him, it was the biggest betrayal one can ever face by his parents and the love of his life, but imo if a person has innit goodness, somewhere it peeks out, aint it? He hates Mannat fine, he hates rotu, fine but how comes he doesnt hesitate to use the same name as them? A saluja. Why we dont see slight hesitation while signing off the money which belongs to Saluja? I understood he is unable to form a bond on personal level with anyone, esp Vishakha who is his biological mother, because its difficult for him to erase neetu's love for all these years, but we cant deny the fact that 7 years is a really long time and if a person is unable to progress mentally in his life, then little bit of introspection, subconsious has to be there. He has nothing.
For me, it mostly feels like a case of male ego. He doesnt wanna accept that he might have been wrong in the past about his judgements and due to that he is unable to move on in his life mentally. He simply doesnt wanna accept his faults.

Bold: it is this very lack of consistency that puts me off Vikrant. He gets manipulated so easily by cobras, but the love of his life, he couldn't and wouldn’t trust. He doesn’t listen with as much “devotion” to her words.
If the cobras get away easily, then I will definitely throw jootas!

For Vikrant i now find it hard to tell where bad writing starts and ends and where what we see is exactly what they want to portray.
On the male ego front i wouldn't doubt that. His word was always the rule of law previously it's just that previously there was an element of humility in him that seems to have disappeared now.
Maybe all the charities that Vishakha constantly donates to are appeasing Vikrant of his guilt of signing the money

I hope you have enough stock in place because the cobras are going to get away easily. No point in fighting that reality
We are now enjoying the torture that's why we keep watching this nonsense now
