Its so so weird audience and jodha herself was stuck on Jodha hiding the truth about her brother. No comments about akbar holding her tightly, almost slapping and punching her, called her characterless, that she was imagining someone else when she was with her. Jodha kept telling he hurt her self respect, audience was happy with 2 times sorry and said jodha attitude dikha rhi hai. No one pointed out akbar physically abusing her. Or i guess it was chalta hai back in the day and still today

Women audience are so sided with male characters it's shocking. Akbar gave up cause he ran late in the night in her house, tried to find her in a village , cried in private and begged in front of her. Hogaya redemption aagey baro romance do humein. I am forever baffled seeing these kinda audience for itv show.

Never watched cause I am not really interested in historical shows - watched JA movie and the first and last show i used to watch was Reign

I think someone mentioned the show so watched. And of course the leads were beautiful acted well. I think rajat was historically accurate akbar with his rough toughness, his height, accent etc. Paridhi was beautiful and held her own

I absolutely love the later ruqaiyya bai. She was good too with jealousy concern etc. Akbars mother was sweetheart. Ruqaiyya had a dashi i remember he/she was good too.

I watched the starting of epi yesterday on tv. There was a scene with first ruqaiyya actress where every queen starts their mandi and akbar goes straight to ruqaiyya, and they had a very sensuous scene with hukka where she says purani sharab purane rishte ache hote hai something.

Shows tone actors and interpersonal relationships were portrayed well

Yes all the actors were so good and of course, the writing for all characters were done very well. Even side characters were written well. Jodha actress was great for a new comer/beginner and so was Rajat Tokas as Akbar. I hated Ruqaya so much in the beginning, but later I started to feel very bad for her. The one playing Akbar’s foster mother was omg one of the best villains i have watched. The actress and the character sketch was amazing. I hope such strong villain comes to Kyunki

Mahamanga actress is the goat. Every underrated none talks about her. She was in kasam se too jigyasa..her comedy timing is also good in golmaal. Her eyes done half the job of making you scared lmao

Historical shows aren’t my cup of tea either. Never watched them. I watched Jodha Akbar years later after it aired and I don’t even remember why and how I started watching it. Then watched Razia Sultan. Both were made very well. That’s my profile pic is of Razia Sulan. I loved the couple chemistry
