Yes if it was about Sharmili Lajja Aparana, Mihir Tulsi made more sense because Karan was only like half a generation old to them but for these three?

Parth is nearly the same age as them (addresses them by names not as Bua/Chachu/kaka etc.) so seems by the time these were in place, Karan was big enough to be a parent. Any normal person knowing how good a brother he had been (even to those three Karan taught, worked and confided like real siblings they were shown willing to go to SN once Karan moved there just to meet him.) will have him taken as the parent, why have a second cousin and business associate take them

I think Nandini mentioned that Parth is over 18 in the beginning of the show, stating that he is independent. He can be possiibly 19 when Baa's property drama started. I think, there was one year gap between Parth selling the property to Parvati (I am not sure too) and Parvati's visit to Mumbai.

By the time of MT's marriage, Tulsi shall be 21 and Mihir shall be 23 (BBA and MBA). So before leap, Mihir and Tulsi are 61 and 59. So Karan can be maximum 36 (if Mandira produces Karan when Tulsi was 23). If we assume Parth is born out of Tanya-Karan's high school affair (when he was eighteen), Parth can be of 18-19. Then, after 5-6 years, he could have married Nandini. Also, KN's kids are much younger than Parth.

PS: Mandira had to be older than Mihir like 26-28 because she is a doctor. And MBBS and PG takes 8 years round. But that is out of discussion.

She could have much younger to Mihir though because she was the bffs to his younger brothers especially Hemant and Chirag (that's why Hemant and her relation is so important) so she might be of maybe Chirag 's age and Hemant might be a year or two elder to her. Since Hemant is younger to Mihir by at least 3 years(he is younger to Kiran as well) then maybe Mihir was 5 years elder to Tulsi

So Tulsi 18

Mihir 22/23

He had Karan at 24(since in this universe Karan is elder to Shobha) when he met and was with Mandira while in amnesia (so actually didn't cheat Tulsi)

Since Karan was born and raised in Australia he was an Australian citizen so as per the law there, he married at 18 and had son at the age of 18.5(ok Parth was premature when Manthan can be born after 2 years pregnancy, Parth can be born in 5 months in this universe and was in incubator for 6 months)

So Parth was born 20 years after Mihir Tulsi marriage. He met Parvati at exactly 18 years of age and came here when he was 18 years 2 months (2 months have passed since Mihir Tulsi anniversary)

Even though Tulsi's age doesn't matter in estimating Parth's age as our estimations are somehow close, was Tulsi really that young? I thought she may have a college degree at least, seeing how educated and well aware she is.

In TV shows somehow women are graduates by 18. 18 is ideal age for their marriages

Bhoomi was shown as very late marriage when she married around 24.(Tanya actually says humaari Bhoomi se kam umra ki ladkiyon ki shaadi ho rahi hai)

they wanted drama and because Tulsi is main heroine all orphaned kids are usually raised by heroines only.
