I don't understand why Noyna thinks she will be able to woo Mihir, she is below Mandira in every aspect.

She was just Mihir's friend. Mandira was his saviour. If not for her Mihir wouldn't have been alive. Noyna just had an ONS with Mihir, Mandira literally had a child with him(and that child at least till now turned out to be the best of his children)

Iske baad bhi jab Mandira didn't stand a chance to Noyna kis khet ki mooli hai...

Again I would prefer 2 weeks of Mandira over 1 episode of Noyna

Of course and when we see that legacy is in danger, Tulsi will come to save it. We already got a clue about it with the investors meeting.

So yes, technically everyone shouldn’t suffer because of one person, nor should a legacy die down because of one person but I think this is shown for a reason. Yes, there is drama and they will exaggerate but I think there’s a reason why they showed Tulsi taking away Baa and Savita’s pictures as she left.

In our culture we associate wealth with Laxmi Maa, we associate prosperity and happiness with Bado ka aashirwad. Essentially when Mihir cheated on Tulsi and hurt her, making her walk away it led to this. Ghar ki Laxmi ghar se gayi… and though those pictures are mere symbolic representations of two dear departed ones Tulsi still loves - they represented the ancestors or pitris also being angry and renouncing their blessings.

Think back on that letter from Baa to Tulsi when Parvati made a cameo and you remember she talks about how a woman who makes a home may physically leave the place once she’s no more but her presence is still felt there, as blessings for her family and as memories in the hearts of those she loved and nurtured.

Baa’s blessings have left SN with her Tulsi as have Savita’s. This is karma coming for the whole family even if one person sinned. It’s destroying them because there were those who schemed involved in this too.

as per this season, Mihir was the only Virani running the business. All others have left the country.

I don't think anyone else has more than 3 so not going there

Offscreen - probably because Ekta can’t imagine Mihir even in a parallel universe being loyal and committed to Tulsi. Man would find a literal blue skinned alien to fall in love with him and get in bed with her, then claim he never meant for anything to happen. He was just curious how they reproduced, asked that aloud and got a practical experience for an answer. Then expect Tulsi to forgive him & also help him raise his half-human, half-alien baby in Shanti Niketan; expecting that it will lead to no Ashanti.
