So the leap has officially started. Everything is fine in both households; each one (and I mean Vikrant & Mannat) are both living their separate lives, seem to have new relationships.

For those who want to start Mannat vs Vikrant yet again; both look sad and miserable. I love Adsha as usual for bringing in that difference. There is something dead in both their eyes. Which light up for the child in their lives. Dua for Mannat and Yuvi for Vikrant!

Dua is a fireball of energy and intelligence. I love the fact that she is fiercely protective of her mother. Her eyes are beautiful like Mannat, she has Vikrant's colour, and she's extremely naughty.

DK-Mannat: DK maybe stays with them? Because the mohalla people seem to think he is her husband. But the relationship shown between them as of now, is purely platonic.

Rotu - Ronny seems to be unwell, he is taking medication for something. Neetu has completely broken down. Maybe she had a stroke or something; she only chants Vikrant. Both are reaping the fruits their wrong doing; but I feel enough is enough. It is really sad to see them like this. Their fears & insecurities apart, they gave Vikrant everything that he needed to become this tycoon in life!! They gave him love. Neetu gave him drugs but she is getting it back.

Now question which one of the three witches will start getting it back.

Saluja Mansion:

Vish and her english. Please stop. It is not even funny. Malla is worse off; saddled with a son, but not even Deepak listens to her. Yashika controls the house, the servants everything. Vish has the POA...that is it.

Yuvi is spoiled - pushes the househelp who brings his gifts. Not Vikrant's upbringing!! Malla doesn't seem to care. She doesn't remember his birthday!

Yashika is fine; a little pheeka to me, but I know the actress; she can do creepy very well (I had watched Kumkum in its early days), so early days.

Vikrant brings yuvi his gifts; and Yashika makes Malla take their picture. When Malla speaks rudely to Y, Vikrant glares at her, so doesn't look like they have any 'friendly 'bond either. For whatever it is worth!

After ages, I am at this word," feel-good" episode..Vik’s prayer for Mannat when thunder strikes, his gut feeling that she wanted to tell something, these actions make up for the damage done to his character.

As Moor says, Mukta & team keep loopholes to save his character ...On the top of it, Addy's subtle nuances makes it genuine and believable. The audience can "buy into" his character..

Undoubtedly, Addy’s acting is the saving grace for Vik’s character; he provides subtle nuances that allow the audience to feel his pain without hating him...

I feel really sad for Vikrant Saluja for living a facade. He made mistakes unknowingly and unintentionally by believing the wrong people—an evil gang who wanted to destroy him for their own selfish reasons..

I feel the life DK is living with his family—Mannat and Dua—should have been Vikrant's.If at all he knew that his own mother was after his wealth and property,and was doing all these khaands to acquire it,he would have had given her everything hanste hanste and left the Mansion with his parents and wife...

He would have left all his wealth to the "evil gang" to live a simpler, peaceful, and happy life with his dream wife and child.and his parents, like now in Indore life

Then there ends the story , hence to continue the narrative, his mati mari gayi, conflicts and lies,misunderstandings and delusions....huh😭

Coming to Dua, the most adorable kid with antics and features of Vik and Mannat, a combo of her parents , looking at her I feel more sad for Vik and his doomed fate

The whole setup, with lovely kids involved, is apt for future drama to unfold. All the three kids are adorable, good job by casting team 👍🏻👏

This is why Mannat will move to Mumbai!

Noone knows how Shruti died, and her aaatma must be quivering with revenge in Mumbai.

I am late to weekend discussions, maybe I will be repeating comments made.

- We have to expect cringe in the first couple of weeks post leap. I mean, we should know the pattern, before things start warming up. SO better to stay strong, stiff upper lip and all.

- Not age shaming but Leena does look older. Maybe it feels like that because she had a long run in KKB, and she played a similar role.

- One hour episodes? Bring it on. They can establish better the narrative. I remember some of their 45 mins episodes were very good. This also means the 8pm audience will get used to the show.

- Slot shift?? Mannat seems to be the slot opener for the channel. Yahan pe daalo, when TRP becomes average, move it to another slot to open up that slot. I don't know whether it's a compliment or scary. Then the channel should also give immunity from warnings, everytime it changes their slot.

All the three look clowns 🤡 in The Saluja Circus Arena, the ring master is Vikrant Saluja without a whip..

I absolutely loved the episode. The setup is good, they still have left open endings to alot for pre leap stuff which will be closed in post leap one by one.

I will keep it simple for Mumbai side as I just skimmed through it and got some undercurrents. Vikrant Saluja is the perfect example of "A man who has everything but still nothing" The central point of this side seems Vikrant Yuvi's bond. All three ladies use that to control Vikrant. Malla is there as Yuvi's mom thats it for her. Vishakha also seem to use this bond to be goody goody and Yashika seems to have clocked that Vikrant is emotionally attached to that kid so she uses Yuvi to stay good in Vikrant's eyes. The kid is materialistic, demanding and brat, yashika has understood that so she gives in to his whims and spoils him with expensive stuff thats why the kid likes her back in return.

Now comes to the main side, Indore. First of all, i loved how they have set them up. The whole middle class people vibes are so good and relatable. These people are living as a family of 5. Everyone has changed in these past 7 years. Rotu have gotten the worst brunt of Vikrant's destruction, esp Neetu. Vikrant mending ways with her will revive her. Ronnie also seems to have lost his spark but he is still okay due to Mannat, dua and dk.

Mannat has also changed alot. It seems she has become strict, maybe due to past experiences and also due to running a shop where she has to be bold and streetsmart. Her sweet shop seems famous in area and she has a rival whose son is friend of Dua. Dcp has become more soft and dua has him wrapped around her little finger. I truly loved their moments. He saves her from mannat's wrath.

Mannat and dk dynamics is the most interesting part for me. The people around them think of them as a couple and dua's parents and none of them shoots them down. It seems the setup is done deliberately. They live in area full of people and when dcp first moved in, he must have had a pregnant woman, a sick lady and her husband as his family, so it seems they have made this arrangement thoughtfully. The reasons must be due to legal, financial and societical aspects. If you all notice, they both have developed domesticy between them. She scolds him with right, he pacifies her and tries to salvage the situation. All this has developed over the years due to taking care of household, rotu and dua as a team of two. They have that comfort, familiarity and one can easily think of them as a couple. I found that "yeh bhi theek hai" bit between them quite interesting. Lets see how this angle plays out.

Dua.... hands down the best addition. Yami is such a pretty child and she acts so so well. Dua as a character is a perfect combination of both her parents. Streetsmart, bold, loyal to her mom, just like mannat while she has habits like vikrant, like running away and hiding, pulling off antics to annoy mannat but quickly apologizing to her with her way of words. She said she hates when someone cheats, i feel she is gonna play some part to expose Yuvi's truth to everyone. The contrast between upbringing of both kids is quite glaring. Mannat adores Dua but she has kept her in check. Despite knowing why dua did what she did, mannat still scolded her for her antic and even told her off for namecalling guddi. Truly a well raised child. She doesnt seem too preachy or oversmart, acts just like her age.

So far, fun start. The undercurrents are all there and looking forward to see how everything unveils.
