Mukta is playing very smartly. Mannat remains consistent on the channel, and they know their leads bring the strongest traction. These episodes were primarily centered around them, with only a few unwanted faces appearing briefly without any meaningful dialogues. Next week, the TRP is likely to rise again because the episodes were strategically staged around truth, lies, and the revelation of Vik’s past. Once again, Mannat and Vikrant occupied the center stage. Although the issues originally occurred between Vik, Rotu, DK, and Vish, the writers shifted the perspective and presented the major face-off as a Manvik confrontation instead. It feels like the creators are building these high-intensity drama sequences to keep the audience hooked, as the leads are getting such scenes to perform, while the rest of the cast is mostly just standing around with very few dialogues.

I finally watched the BTS, and it looks like the makers have planned the final showdown in Vik’s room, not in Pyaar Ki Gully 🤣🤣. We have two incredible actors who performed these scenes with such brilliance that it’s hard to differentiate between real and reel. Despite everything Vik said to Mannat, he admitted to Vish that he might say a thousand things, but he still loves Mannat. Vish already knew that the moment his anger cooled down, he would run back to Mannat to fix things, and that would lead him back to his people. So she used DK and the fake news of Mannat’s marriage to manipulate him further, adding fuel with their picture. Vik recently seen DK holding Mannat in the police colony, so he immediately believed Vish’s version. Here, Vik dig his own grave. He felt betrayed because he thinks Mannat chose someone else over him and wasn’t faithful to their relationship. In my view, this also shows that Vik knows Mannat has always overlooked his mistakes and forgiven him instantly. Deep down, he knows DK is a better human being than him, which is why he openly acknowledges DK as a green flag compared to himself, especially when Mannat praises DK and validates it. Vik’s insecurities and fear of rejection are all coming out at her now. He used to rely on his power over Mannat in every situation, but with DK in the equation someone with whom Mannat is genuinely comfortable those powers no longer work. All the nasty things he said are rooted in his own buried fears and insecurities. He even compared her love with Malla, implying he’s fine with whatever Malla did because he believed it was out of love little does he know she tried to kill Mannat and Vik both. He completely fails to understand Mannat and the depth of her love for him, whereas Mannat, in every situation, has given him countless chances and always treated him with kindness. Even after their terrible fight, she returned to give him the best news of his life, which he ignored in his anger. Now he will have to face the consequences. He deserves to be punished and feel the pain of being abandoned by Mannat and their child.

Bold : thank you for bringing up this point...This is what I mentioned in my previous post...

In anger humans tend to say things to hurt or to blurt out their frustration but necessarily it is not meant in a serious note..not necessarily with their hearts...

Great analysis.

His breakdown though has started to get to me.

I'm starting to feel sad for him already 🙈🙈

What can i say. I'm weak smiley36I supposed it dawned on me that he doesn't seem to be aware of how he is destroying his own world with his hands.

He must be temporarily insane to think Mannat came to tell him about her wedding and still pitch at the police colony after that mad showdown smiley36

He is going to totally lose it when these guys leave town

At the end of the day i wonder if he is not going to gain sympathy from the audience. Mannat is not being left alone pregnant. She will still have a support system. Meanwhile through his foolishness he loses his family.

One thing the writers have managed to do is create a scenario where not everyone is going to bash him for his mistakes.
