But what I find most annoying is Tulsi not scolding her at all and just letting her pass. This is what it’s bothering me too. Other than her scenes are tolerable for me these days because I would rather see her than Noina who is just disgusting and intolerable to watch right now

Yes, the only consistent aspects of her character is that she’s fickle, selfish and self-absorbed to the point where she wants the world to revolve around her.

Her character was supposed to be antiheroine/ grey in shade, I get it, but I think the performance of the actress, the way the character has shaped up and the excessive amount of attention to her was not working for the show earlier so they have started sidelining her and now since they want to show her as a victim perhaps of someone like Ranvijay they’re trying to find some way in which she could be redeemed or get likeable at least so as to perhaps generate some sympathy when her Rannn is exposed.
Unfortunately, that’s bridge under the water now as far as this character goes.

They tried to model her after Bhoomi, who was spoiled by Karan and Tanya in S1, but they failed to cast an actress who could deliver like Reshmi did and for all her faults I think they had shown that Bhoomi had a genuine soft spot for Karan and truly loved him even though for a while she distanced herself from him when she found out he wasn’t her biological father. She grew to love Nandini and had a bond with Manthan that made her either wanna slap him or protect him depending on the situation, so a typical sibling relationship

Pari has no genuine connection with anyone, not even one of her siblings or a friend or even the man who dotes on her more than his own biological children - Mihir.

I’m really unsure what is the reason behind Tulsi being so lenient with her to the point where she allows this girl to walk all over her. I mean this is the same woman who didn’t flinch when Ansh was threatening her and her family, and she slapped him despite knowing that he’s involved with the underworld. Here she barely reacts. It makes no sense whatsoever at all.

I think the writers are not sure how to make Pari a bit likeable or at least relatable because they want the audience to feel bad for her when she discovers that Ranvijay was only using her for her money. But she’s become as unlikeable as Ansh and they don’t even know how to get Tulsi to shoot her and make her fly midair for 4 episodes in a row before they write off her character completely as well since she’s too lazy and too stupid to be even a smuggler like Ansh was

Same my feelings. Barkha is a good actress, but the character has turned pathetic. They should just show her as full villian because trying to whitewash her and showing her as victim when she’s actually worse than a vamp and full villian isn’t doing anything except irritating and disgusting the audience

Actually they are making her a vamp, but the way Mihir is behaving is what makes the plot weird as it comes across as a man confused about his feelings towards his wife and friend rather than a man being emotionally and psychologically manipulated so subtly that even he doesn’t know what he’s getting trapped into.

Mihir is behaving more like Kunal from Silsila than Mihir from S1 who was sure of his feelings for Tulsi even when Mandira was faking her pregnancy to guilt trap him into a relationship with her and threatening his marriage. Mihir was not shown as being uncertain about his feelings for Tulsi once he regained his memories even if he felt responsible for his unborn child that Mandira claimed she was carrying. He felt a certain amount of guilt, uneasiness and shame for apparently causing Mandira to get pregnant when he was a married man who had no idea about his own identity let alone his marital status; but that never was the same as him wondering if he’s fallen out of love with Tulsi or wants to be with Mandira.

Here they make Tulsi seem like a third wheel in between these two - like these two were lovers once who split up and circumstances led Mihir into marrying Tulsi; and it’s now decades later that he’s run into his old flame again and those long buried memories as well as feelings are emerging again where he doesn’t know anymore if he’s supposed to stay with his wife out of obligation for their years spent together creating this family or whether he should take a chance and live whatever life he has left with the only woman he’s truly loved in his life.


Mihir is yet again getting concerned about Noyna marrying a pervert and wants to jump in to save her yet again for reasons beyond comprehension. His guilt seems to weigh more heavily when it comes to Noyna allegedly ruining her life by marrying that man than the guilt he ought to feel about cheating on his wife, AGAIN.

That’s where this shit truly hits the fan.

From mihir chirag hemant generation, tulsis saas, it had Karishma Tanna too she was sister of mihir or maybe next gen I can't remember. Then mihir was changed and Rohit Roy was great too

Then karan ansh nandini Tanya generation. Sky was a pos but ansh looked good with that hair and blue eyes.to me nandini /gauri is the epitome of beauty

Next gen bhoomi manthan too looked very good. Of course mouni was there..lakshya actor looked good but again boring

So it was a stacked good looking family .

They took balaji inhouse actors but for angad who's almost this gen ka hero they needed better casting. Rohit looked so funny with 3 layers of shirt in bhagyalakshmi. Namik ko le lete or anyone. Or maybe baseer / the guy who was samar in anupama.
