Yes, it’s sad to see how stretched and unbearable this track has become. They could have easily wrapped it up within two weeks, but it now looks like it will continue for several more days. I read an interesting theory on X about Vik’s redemption arc….Mannat currently trusts DK and his goodness, and this will eventually push DK to exert rights over them after the leap. Gradually, his character will start revealing grey shades post Vik meeting his family. In one of the recent episodes, he even cut his hand and lied to protect Mannat, and later he may become possessive. This would supposedly force Vik to become the BDB for his family, and that’s how he would redeem himself and win his people back. I am not sure how well this theory fits right now. At the moment, Vik is simply trapped by Vish’s manipulation and is seeing everything through her perspective. His redemption completely depends on whether the writers want to initiate his realisation before the leap especially regarding how he has treated Mannat once she leaves SM. It will only work if he stops being egoistic and blind to what others say about her.

I saw a BTS where Mannat is firing Vikrant for throwing his parents out of the house. That is fine.

But she goes on & on praising Dhairya, which I got annoyed at.

Where is this going, God knows?!

Looks like there is an IF article which says Mannat informs Vik abt her pregnancy but he inturns doesn't accept ot and instead create another ruckus 😬🫤

I suppose she is meant to bury her relationship on her own. In the argument on the terrace Vikrant pointed out that he is meant to be the most important person to her yet all she seems to do is sing DK praises. Her actions and her words are not helping matters either especially when doubt has already been raised about their relationship. You would think she would think twice before opening her mouth and make the situation worse.

I understand where Mannat is coming from. She never drew these comparisons until Vik himself started bringing up DK in relation to her. Only then did she begin to reflect on the differences. In the recent BTS, she explains how DK stands by the truth even when it goes against his own people and that’s a quality she shares with him. She resonates with that. Despite everything Malla, Aish, Neetu, and now Vish have done, Vik always chooses to believe them and demands proof only from Mannat. In contrast, DK trusted her when she exposed Vish’s reality and took her side. Yes, DK has made many blunders, but those were issues for the audience not for Mannat or the family. What they have seen is his protective nature towards Vik and now towards Vik’s parents. Even after learning the truth, DK was ready to give everything up. Mannat sees how much he sacrifices for Vik, and that’s why she’s now able to draw the differences between Vik and DK. This is Vik’s karma, he is pushing Mannat to an extent that flaws which she always overlooked are now highlighted and being addressed by her. Yesterday that Dat review page also highlighted the Vik nature and mentioned.

There would be no redemption surely if he denies paternity. They would be burying him right?

And I also feel this comparison between Vik and DK was bound to happen ..Good it came from Mannat herself! Vikrant always had anger issues and was never shown to be trusting his loved ones ..this current track is the amplification of those flaws ! That's how his character is written from the start..I mean with flaws ! But the way they introduced Dhairiya character , he was so calm , composed , moral and always aligned with truth no matter who the opposite party is which is pretty much similar to Mannat herself ..so Mannat pointing out the differences at this juncture doesn't look wrong to me somehow ..just my thought 🙂

Now i'm getting scared of the Adnan rumour now if Vikrant is getting buried.
