I don't know exactly. But from whatever I have seen, I feel that when they got married Akanksha wanted to be a housewife. But seeing the busy life of an actor, especially her husband's, reality struck. And she realized that she also needs to work. Maybe during her work, she realized that she has to reach a certain point, and she is working towards that. And I heard that one of Akanksha's reasons for not having kids is how to take care of the kids. Like, both are actors and both have busy schedules.

I feel that it is a matter of age also. Akanksha is in her 30s and Gaurav in his 40s. So, I get their point of view regarding this matter.
