I have a slightly different pov here, the moment Malti questioned his wife, GK should have answered her back firmly. This is not on his wife, giving answers in interviews which are watched by a quarter the number of people watching a show like BB. It’s irresponsible to firstly even bring it up, and then chalo the astrologer is not his fault but when she was questioned, he should have said how dare you ask her. It doesn’t matter if it was discussed before show, the show is big and you invited this speculation on your wife and your marriage the moment you said it. He has been guarded about so many things as other contestants have said but willingly shared about family planning. His own friend Mridul said GK never shares any life stories nothing, toh abb kyun kia.

The subtext of their convo was uncomfortable where the optics were he was dissappointed and convincing himself that he supports her. His body language and words in that convo painted a sorry picture for himself and that is why she is getting even more hate. This is on makers but also on him.
