My view is that maybe his intentions were not bad, but somehow this topic became a topic of discussion here and on social media. Had he not revealed that, it wouldn't have gotten the attention it did now.

But Gaurav simply echoed what Akanksha herself has already stated in interviews. The two of them have always been honest, progressive, and open about this subject and that’s something we should be applauding, not attacking.

In a country like ours, where the default expectation is:“Shaadi hui? Ab next step, baccha.”

…it is refreshing almost rare to see a couple say openly that “Not yet. Not now. And that is okay.”

I genuinely find both of them incredibly progressive for openly acknowledging this. Because we desperately need to normalise the idea that:

A married Indian woman can choose not to have kids right now.Even after X number of years of marriage. Even after society’s non-stop questioning. Even after relatives give unsolicited advice wrapped in fake concern.

And a man can love his wife enough to respect her body, her readiness, and her emotional space even though he himself wants it....Without ego. Without pressure. Without feeling “less of a man.”

In marriage there is no should or shouldn't....If tomorrow their priorities changes, that's also fine...but if this is what they are choosing at this point then that is also fine.....

Bottom line is Their marriage... their choice...

I don’t find anything wrong even if they showed it.Mujhe to aisa kuch laga bhi nai.This is one topic that people need to really talk about and agar baat nai kar sakte then listen to people who are talking about it.

Akansha itni clarity se explain kar rahi thi..why would they cut it.Mujhe koi awkwardness nai lagi.Jinhe lag raha hai ye unki limitation hai as a person.
