Mannat's radar on Malla-Vishaka is active and figured out they are trying to get to dadi. But she has not figured out yet the brain behind them is ARS. Dhairya has decided to leave with Vishaka before the wedding. She probably thought once the wedding is done and they all go to London, dadi and the truth will remain hidden.

I want unhinged psycho Mannat too, also her back in chef duty👩🏻‍🍳.
