Theres a image icon 6th from left... it has an option for upload image. Choose that and select the screenshot from your gallery.

I couldn’t access uploading photos for a very long time…IF restrict until some activity level is reached

See little mountain scene icon, click and check if it allows you the Upload Image, then select from your photo library if it does….
