Hopes that DK/Mannu CA angle wasn’t picked up by vamps have been dashed. Vik has been thrown Vish’s birth truth but also DK/Mannu lies. And without a doubt Dadi will have disappeared so Mannu won’t now be able to present the evidence to vindicate RoTu.

Mannu has played completely into the vamps hands…….being the only one Vik trusted to share his FBs and concerns, and even though she was pushed against an em wall by RoTu, Mannu let him down badly by hiding what she knew. So she is now in the forefront of Vik’s betrayed.

Her antagonism towards Vish in front of Vik has sealed her fate if she isn’t going to find Dadi.

And as Moor says, our predictions of the leap may well be even more dire if she doesn’t return as proof has vanished, and is left all alone, meeting some dreadful fate!

We all agree Mannat made a mistake lying. We also agree Vikrant is distraught. We also agree Mannat went to get proof.

Per Vikrant he shared about his flashes to Mannat and she lied, very fair point. So, are they saying Vikrant inspite of all those flashes, panic attacks he never thought about finding out what is happening on his own and Mannat has to tell him

or

is the narrative he didn't care enough to find out on his own what was happening to him, who is this sudden bua, why didn't his parents never tell him about her (he wasn't even so angry with RoTu when he found out about bua) , why was bua calling him Aman , who orchestrated the skit, who invited them for the childrens fundraiser event 🤔

So, if he was able to just go with what Mannat told him earlier about his flashes which were as real as they can be without proof, now he needs proof to prove what she hid was because Vish is a bad mother 😵‍💫

I am honestly quite confused with the narrative and raking my brains . This is just about the narrative and not characters.

The Bobby track had a serious crime which was handled well and justice served with him behind bars. We thought the PH would continue on this good wins over evil, but were tricked. Bobby wasn’t a key character so could be sacrificed, the purpose it was run was to bring out the relationships and flawed trust issues between the key 6 characters - Mannat, Vik, Aish, Ronnie and to a lesser extent Malla and Neetu.

And since that track…the writers have shown the vamps conspiring and getting foiled but going free (ARS jailed for a few days but escaped). The protagonists move a step forward but are set back again by next conspiracy with increasing negativity and criminality.

This negative wins model has worked for them up to now unfortunately so they’ll continue it.

Wonder who enlightened them negative winning works. They got highest TRP when Bobby was revealed, kids poisoning truth was out , when Vikrant & Mannat teamed up to take ARS down, ARS and 🤢 arrested.

It's just so unfair treatment of the leads and how they have never seen a moment of happiness, not even in this long drawn so called wedding track 😞

I’m overwhelmed and can’t think straight like Vik too 😵‍💫 blame the writers

Granted, Vikrant has done nothing beyond ask if anyone is hiding things from him…..that’s his naivety that if they say no, then he accepts it, particularly from Mannat. He has always maintained she does not lie…..and Mannat hasn’t lied, just not been forthcoming in what she does know. Vik told her on the terrace he relies on her to guide him (wrong to do I know).

Since the skit Vik has admitted his mind has become more erratic and he’s reacting more angrily. And his flashes were not concrete enough to even remember a brother called Dhairya, or injured father…. just remembering it involved Neetu and Vish which tied in to the surrogate bua. No-one has raised the fb subject again, nor know what he recalls except Mannat, nor have FBs reoccurred.

It’s a gnawing feeling in him, not strong enough that he has made him investigate independently….that would mean not trusting Mannat. It’s similar to his conversation with Neetu way back, that he continued to take the juices because he loves and trusts in her love for him. A subconscious dread of uncovering uncomfortable facts?

Can’t answer why he hasn’t looked in M/ARS call in OH!

Shaadi is going to happen a week later so we have time to consider if we are going to watch post leap... there might be a week long content before we are thrown into time warp

Although people like to blame Mannat... I would like to point Vik is as much as fault as her if she goes missing or doesnt return.

A. He didn't question his RoTu but put the entire onus on Mannat for lying to him... what about them who lied to him for 25+ years??? Doesn't he think they love him more than Mannat? And hasn't he always chosen them when its between her and them??? How is she the only one questioned?

Like RD pointed out, sure he told her... but he never bothered to investigate on his own...

B. Its Vikkus own doing and his demand for proofs that Mannat couldnt tell him... First when she didnt have proof and Secondly got blackmailed by Neetu. I wont ever get how she is the only one targeted when rest 3 too agreed to hide it.

C. As per the latest BTS... Vik is not asking for proof but Mannat goes on her own... knowing how he has treated her so far!!!! Its this distrust of him on her and constant need for proof which has pushed her to go away... and assuming she wont find Dadi... or gets attacked by Aish... I am pretty sure Mannat wont return... even more as she has been CAed. And finding herself pregnant would be the worst of her nightmares.

Aish knew this very well and hence would have made arrangements that Mannat fails. Mannat didnt even wait for Vik to say something... she knew he would not believe her without proof.

Mannat didn't fail because she was lenient... she doesnt know that Aish is alive.

D. Malla still gets the princess treatment when she all along orchestrated everything from the skit to now supporting Vish... but ofcourse Vik is going to ignore all that and she will forever be the bachpan ki dost 🤮🤮🤮🤮.

Would it be too much to ask to throw her out????🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I guess if Dadi returns on her own or DK finds her or Mannat doesnt return ... Vikkus guilt and regret would be immediate... but the ship would have sailed till then... 💔

There might be no thought process to how Vikrant is reacting or responding. Manvik got played. Aishwarya studied her enemy and she knows their weaknesses. Mannat is the strength of Manvik. She is Vikrant's anchor. All she needed to do was set a trap for Mannat to fall in then Manvik would crumble. In Vikrant's hurt state Mannat will not be able to reach him.

Bold, isn't he doing exactly the same, wanting proof now when Mannat accepted she lied for so and so reason and is telling him the entire truth. Why no trust now 🤔

Bold red - imagine if he is so scared to even dig in to find out the truth, how much Mannat has been scared it will scar him and hurt him knowing his birth facts.

Even if we leave all earlier incidents more recent ones like Haldi incident, Diwali aarti incident, he has shown extreme distrust in her. Why this selective narrative for Vikrant?

I am getting this feeling, with that 1 revelation of Vikrant to Mannat about flashes , the narrative it's taking is Vikrant will get to wash off his responsibility in finding out what was happening to him, him ignoring all things right infront of him & he is crystal clean 🫠.

The narrative I am seeing is (hopefully I am wrong) Mannat is the Karta Dharta for everything which happened from 25 years ago to now, she is responsible for spoon feeding Vikrant truth, which he will believe or not is according to his convenience, handling RoTu and their EB & being their mommy, saving Dadi, finding proof, handing DK and his emotional heartbreak.

Wonder where Mannat and her trauma of going through all this fits in 🙃 and add to this pregnancy.
