Yeah they could’ve easily cast Rohit as Parth and kept the new cast around as one of the original characters’s kids and Tulsi’s grandkids or something.

Parth was not shown in S1 iirc so practically any actor could have played him and it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Tulsi was supposed become the Baa in S1 but it didn’t happened as no one wanted Amba to die.

She did don a grey hair wig at the end of the 1st season. She wouldn’t have had an issue.

Of the 3 K heroines, only she was game enough though all the shows pretty much ended with Tulsi, Parvati and Prerna being grandmothers and even great-grandmothers.

Beats me… I am baffled by the whole season so far because while the same cast replaying the same characters again, it feels like a different show.

Original Kyunki had a full house and better actors in the new generation too. This one has a limited cast but it’s a drag and the characters don’t click.

Decent episode today.

Tulsi tells Angad finally about having problems with Mihir lately but she also tells him she’s not angry with him nor upset as it’s a father who is angry with her more than the husband these days. A woman can be fine if her husband falls short in their relationship as long as he is a good father to her children and Mihir loves all his kids a lot.

Star of the episode is definitely Aditi. She stole the show tonight. Mittali comes clean to Angad that she knows he went and proposed to Vrinda straight after breaking up with her and he’s shocked. She tells him it’s attraction and will fizzle away, she doesn’t mind nor care.

Most importantly she tells him that she’s not in love with him but in love with how famous his family is. Hers is a rich family but not as renowned as the Viranis and she wants the surname more than him. (Rithik, Parth and any other future eligible Virani bachelors beware ). Angad is really shocked and tells her Vrinda is not a mere attraction for him and he’s in love with her but she simply has none of it.

Angad elopes as Mittali tells him she will marry him and she is sure that Mihir will be fine with learning about her gambling habits and the debt as Noina has managed everything and even forgiven her, if she’s fine so will be Mihir.

Noina again tries to instigate Mihir against Tulsi.

Precap has Tulsi panicked as she discovers Angad is gone and she’s worried about the scandal and the shame it will bring to the family (kinda a lost cause here but ok). She’s shown reaching the Mandir where Angad and Vrinda are getting married but reaches after Angad has already filled the maang, so technically they are married.

Mittali goads and practically makes sure Angad marries Vrinda asap because of her own ego. Angad was willing to wait earlier it seems to tell Mihir about Vrinda, given his conversation with Tulsi where he tells her he would allow Mihir ro settle down from the shock of his broken engagement before telling him about Vrinda, but Mittali forced his hand.

She might because she admitted she’s in love with the surname and not the guy In fact she might prefer it given Kiran is already older than her and probably already an alcoholic so she can get widowed soon and keep the surname, the money and lose the husband and the responsibilities. Doubt he would even want kids

From Tulsi’s bahu to devrani, will be quite the leap

Angad and Vrinda will have to call her chachi/kaki and touch her feet too whenever there’s some occasion
