I am not aware of Awez's mistakes but what I am trying to say that it may be Amaal leading Malti on. Because both act very casually with each other. Amaal's denial maybe stems from the fact that he's used to girls hanging out with him even when he's least bothered about them (we see this in the house too) Perhaps him singing songs for Malti was his 'it meant nothing' phase
