From what I understand is that

Gaurav is here for money, banda already 1 baar kangaal ho gaya tha bcoz uske dost ne uske saath fraud kar diya tha.

I think one of the reason why woh zyada senti nahi ho raha cheezo ko lekar except Captaincy ko lekar as he has already seen worst of things.
