Kajal can go to court and get her share, that should be 1/3rd iirc, madhav Manoj and herself. Arman and bageera gets just the share of madhav. And if Sanjay phuphasa has lawyer stake he gets the business.. basically half property goes to bansals

The firm is only for poddars was a line said by kaveri. When the property went to Krish it showed us that line has no value. And Sanjay has been a lawyer to to firm, taking decision along with kaveri arman. So he should have a claim legally. It's like how suits serial used to have naming partner. I imagine phuphasa will have something like that

Krish tanya gets right simply because of kajal. She gets equal share of property. Arman gets only madhavs share. If kaveri don't give kajal her share she's in her rights to file a case and get money. There are so many stories around us, when properties are divided married sisters gets their rights too. I think that's as per Hindu laws or something or maybe property law

Heiress is only as per father/mother's lineage. Again Kiara gets Manoj's share. If tomorrow my father's family divides their property, through my father I get that share. There is no individual share for me

If dadi gave vidya kajal similar gifts why not give equal gifts to kiara Tanya and abheera. My mil fil has given necklaces to all grand daughters equally when they are grown up. from grand kids birth till now beta or beti bahu or beti , beta or damad it's all same same any day. It's similar in my parents house too. We never asked anything. Bday or marriage day or kids gifts anything till now same same for betis bahu, grandson or daughter or damad or son. If people show that partiality then only fights start so why as parents initiate that.

Every one has equal share in the property but Bhansals should go to court and file case it will be interesting to watch .
