South Africa with a massive score. For the record the highest score on this ground in this tournament has been 258 and that came in 50 overs. Here South Africa have amassed 312 in 40 overs and the target will further be adjusted by DLS. Brits fell for a duck early but Wolvaardt and Luus after a lengthy rain break added 118 for the 2nd wicket and that set the pace. Then Kapp and Tryon and a 16-ball 41 from Nadine de Klerk pushed South Africa above the 300 mark. Pakistan were very sloppy and dropped several catches apart from their poor ground fielding. They were well off the boil in what is a must-win game for them. Only Nashra Sandhu impressed with the ball with the others taken for plenty. Now they have a mountain of a chase ahead of them. Back for it in 20 minutes...

So, the target has been adjusted down to 306 in 40 overs. This was a stunning display from their batting order. Brits was out for a duck in the second over just before rain caused a delay of around two hours. But then, Wolvaardt and Luus laid down the platform with a 118-run partnership off just 93 runs. Wolvaardt carried on after Luus' dismissal to make a very good 90. Kapp also hit a quick half-century while Nadine de Clutch played another blinder.

South Africa look very relaxed in their huddle. It's a big score on the board for their bowlers to defend and they'll be very confident despite the conditions being good to bat. Will take a special effort for Pakistan to get anywhere close to it. Kapp with the new ball after a brilliant knock earlier. One wide slip in place.
