Tanya krish or abhir Kiara daughter won't have much effect because ultimately they will be cousins and won't be sharing blood with either Armaan or Abhira so no high kalesh. If Maira gets her own blood sibling then also they won't show cutthroat rivalry between sisters. Blood siblings in yeh rishta have always been supportive of each other. Akshara shaurya, Naksh Naira , Kairav Akshu .
