i know fingerfestish user in bwf had that issue of sleep paralysis. I have had the experience only once and it freaked the f outta me. I was scared to sleep the next day. Hanuman chalisa bolke soyi mein. Lol. I cant do extreme horror. I think i may have stumbled upon askindia or some other thread that discussed horror creept real life ghost stories.

no sleep section says personal experience, wouldnt that be real?
