This ain’t some blue collar job where ur getting paid a 5 to 6 figure salary for slogging an entire year with 4 weeks leave..But let’s say it is …if so,

.DP is the equivalent of a senior associate at a law firm whereas the male superstars she referenced are partners at the law firm …partners buy into the firm (produce, distribute) and bring in equity (box office)…hence get paid more ..associates work for the firm and will not get the same compensation as a partner no matter how hard they work …yes they can demand set work hours but if that dosent work for some case, they are removed off the case in favour of someone who can work those schedules…that isn’t a male female feminist mysoginist thing …it’s basic sense, how work gets done and how a business works …

Don’t demand extra pay for working less and bringing in less to the table …u will be an idiot everywhere not just at the movies …
