@Nishita123 I know but kuch cheezo ki adat ho jati hai ab😅😅. Also I think it can be controlled by first finding out something to watch and then serve your food and start eating. Main to TV ho ya na ho hamesha thora slow hi khata hu so without screentime it won't make a difference to me. I am not able to eat fast like many adat ho chuki hai ab😅😅
