I think the same. They arent buying it but they see no point opposing her as she seems to have some delusion of grandeur

Not just Zeishan..... Pranit , Kunika , GK , Shehbaaz and now even Neelam.....all have spoke about it at some point. Like GK said its fun for them to hear her impossible stories.

And isko expose karke milega kya in logon ko. She will again start her rona dhona. Atleast this way the audience is able to see through her lies and twisted tales.
