Dreaming about their future and Vikrant telling Mannat that post marriage control will be all his Mrs Mannat Vikrant Saluja (I had goosebumps even thinking of this, will party once she becomes Mrs Vikrant Saluja), and she teasing him saying dekhte hai Mr Vikrant Mannat Khanna...haha...he says ke aisa mat bolo, mom Ghar uthayegi sar pe (Jaise ki abhi nahi uthati)
At the breakfast table Mannu tells Vikrant that she saw the footage in which a girls hands are seen in the DH costume Malla get scared and asks if she is accusing her to which Mannat says she didn't took her name at all. Vikrant still believes it's Ani behind this. Mannu decides to weigh the lies of her parents.
Mannu comes to meet Ani and asks him about what his file says if he was indeed jailed, she says that she isn't here to forgive him but listen to him for once. Ani pleads to listen his side of story.
We have Ani saying how he fell in love with Sonia and how she wanted him to make more money, and the idea of looting the jewellery store where he worked as a security guard, he denied the loot so she planned with his old friends and while saving Sonia he got shot in his arms and police arrested him.
Sonia then came to meet him and said she is pregnant with his child and she will take the onus of the loot but Ani decides against it. Sonia is Sonia, happy her plans worked.
There Ronnie asking Vikrant where was he last night and he saw him going to the guest room where he is sleeping for so many days. (Mercy on us);and he saw mitti on him, Vikrant confesses he was making Haritalika murti, Ronnie asks with Mannat to which Vikrant nods Vikrant says to him that he doesn't want to lose Mannat this time and wants to start afresh with her. Ronnie puts a gentle reminder to him saying that he is still married. And he has to be careful, Vikrant says that's what Mannat said to him too and she is keeping distance, Ronnie advises him to stay safe as Mannat will be pointed in wrong and noone will say anything to him. He asks Vikrant to protect Mannu, Vikrant understands the advise and promises to protect Mannat and her name.
Ani says to Mannu that post his release he took loan from his friends and invested the money in stock market, luck favoured him and he became rich. Then he came to know that his child is alive and was never dead as claimed by Sonia. He also came to know about Ash. And then he realised he has a daughter and that's her. Mannat.
