I absolutely agree with you. To add to that, instead of white washing Smita, they could have shown her more grey by the mole angle you mentioned. Hell, they could have expanded more into the dynamics between Shivansh and Raunak into more of a rivalry rather than focus being prarthana. Raunak right now feels inferior to Shivansh as he snatched both women he valued in life- his mother and lover. That would have so good if it ended up as a battle of wits.

Other angles include expanding more into the past of BM, considering there is no Chachu present, and any issues with Tanya/Gayatri to utilize side characters more.

Hell, I can write a better script than these CVs, balancing Prashiv's presence with others.

Raunak was a pretty solid guy before they made him a lovesick obsessive idiot who set his own house on fire. It would have been so good if they would have fought a battle of wits and also grown closer, since initially Shivansh did show signs of caring about him (his lines to Smita about alcohol being bad for health etc). They should have added Sneha too. Shivansh could have fought the Zaveris (alone), Prarthana (on fighting with the Zaveris) and the world (with Prarthana), and she could have battled outside threats as well as his complicated relationships.

Smita shouldn't have been whitewashed, BM shouldn't have been vilified, both should have been grey. Smita had left Shivansh, she had chosen to forget him, she could have still chosen Raunak and fought back, with some sort of guilt for having wronged Shiv. BM could have been shown as someone who genuinely cares about Shiv, who is not so anti-Prart but enough, someone who often manipulates Shiv but doesn't want to cause him harm and who slowly recognises that Prarthana is on their side. They should have left Sonalika as a footnote, with room to later bring her in as a business rival and that could have worked as Zaveris and Randhawas forming an unlikely alliance...

Yes, exactly! I’ve been thinking this from the moment I heard the news. Now that they have a confirmed end date, they’ve clearly set their minds on giving the story a proper conclusion. It’s better they finish it there .. Any last min extension will only bring unnecessary stupid twists and make PraShiv act out of character. I cannot deal with that kind of mess

Exactly. They know what they want to do, it would be better if they do that and end it there. Of course, I am saying all this with my belief that they have prepared something good and not a list of stupid tracks that will end in a last minute hug or something. Can't say with these CVs.
