Firstly the MS was not entangled that badly that Shivansh had to break free the button to untangle it.

Secondly they had to be standing very close to get her MS entangled in his 2nd button. She had to be either standing above him or he had to be catching her in his hands like he always does to get in that position. They could have given us the prequel of the scene too

Maybe they were rehearsing for their rain dance in the bedroom first before going for PDA He lifted her up and held her right at his face level while bringing her down and that's how it got stuck there..

They had already started mayank gayatri love track.But they scrapped it after Shivansh's entry.
