So we have to just see it as a tv show..and say that abhira is just a fictional character…she’s not real.. anyway this has been happening forever on itv, Bollywood and even Hollywood tv shows. Fans never get to see the endings they want to see. PS - Tbh, I am glad that marriage didn't go through. Abhira clearly isn't ready to move on ( I don't think she ever will be). Its different thing if she marries anshuman's genuinely being ready to move on, but as of now its good marriage didn't happen.

No they are going same gen3 way where abhimanyu never able to move on from akshu and because abhira is fl she is have more added ddp then abhimanyu. Audience accepted cameos life entangled with lead not separately and both of the cameo don't have that much of ss so eventually both will leave. In gen3 story after leap story was more about abhinav and abhir not revolve much around leads they were getting trp thats why after abhinav death trp fall down drastically. In this gen story around lead brings them trp and this is why maira doesn't have very significant role compare to abhir and they are revolving everything around leads. They will milk this scenario as long as they are getting trp!
