That's what I was saying, he wasn't touching her in close scenes before the Hotel fiasco, but in the recent scene he has been getting close to her. The Taali scene toh I felt it was so damn deliberate. Maybe you are right, he is taking revenge from Appa but feeling bad that Bhagya is the means. So the plan is working, but maybe he is also getting emotionally involved.

You remember that gajra scene? My alarms were ringing there like anything, I was so sure there he is trying to do something. But then I let it go. It's so difficult to decode Rishabh, but HC being HC has been throwing clues around right from the start.💞💞💞💞
