Those tweets were false. People already corrected those in the replies. You can check yourself if you want.

Ani was just doing the usual stuff he does to make Chudail Arshi move on from screaming about the same old pointless things. He never said anything about any mistake related to loving Jhanak....people imagined that themselves in the dialogues.
