I agree with everything you just said regarding payal and I just posted similar comment before I saw yours. BM said her character is grey and later will be on Prarthana side and help her unite with Shiv. I think we need to be patient regarding the characters graph of BM & Smita. There was never any sign that Smita doesn't love Shiv, we saw how she cried when she learn Shivansh truth, that don't excuse her of being a dayaan or loving the image she created for herself with society. We see hiding and trying to have both ways claiming Shiv then saying he's not her son. BM has been consistent in wanting Prart out cause she knew what Sona and father will do since Shivansh business is tied to them.

Shivansh has not reciprocated any feelings like Prarthana did . All of their hugs were initiated by Prarthana. I would love to know Shivansh's inner thought on the whole situation now.

Exactly, our bakwas specialist has been too quiet. I am hoping that this will bring other, interesting stuff and once he is conscious he will start thinking about this loong night, Prart's efforts, his own need to go beyond his physical limit and protecting her (kind of like his monologue from the curtain scene). There's so much potential, they need to use it

Shivansh also knows she looks hot in western clothes he saw her in Haveli .. it’s not like he is dying to marry sonalika it’s a business arrangement for him. He likes her .. if anything he’s showing a lot of attraction and possessiveness towards Prarthna

He knows she needs his support.. she does not have male protection in her life .. she’s old school .. who has been trained marriage is for life

some where his values are similar .. because he blames his mother for leaving him .. so he believes his mother should have been loyal to his father and family .. does not believe in the concept of marriages breaking second marriages
