This twist may make the show survive when the Bigg Boss comes knocking -- this week's TRPs may be better than the previous weeks. It is a high-octane drama that the TRP audience love to watch. My only fear if it does not, then the rush to end and making a hotchpotch of everything.

I have come to the conclusion: TRP audience is a different breed. They are not us ... if they were, Mangal Laxmi would not be the top show on the channel. (I have seen almost a month of episodes of Laxmi (thanks to Mannat) to conclude that, we are not the TRP audience. Even If I watch the show on TV, I won't be giving them the TRPs. The ones who can may love the twist).

Now, the show has established that what happens in the end depends on how Vikrant reacts. So making him dumber and dumber keeps the track running. Malla's truth may come out first -- she is dispensable (she is just a conflict that is stopping Mannat and Vikrant from getting together), but Neetu and Aishwarya's masks will not be off anytime soon. If the show runs during and after BiggBoss, they will be needed for the kitchen politics and murderous, revenge drama.

I don't like all these toxicity but even from trp audience point of view they like 3 rd angle drama because they think PL is villian who is claiming rights over ML just because they were in love once and trying to seperate married couple, so they love to see PL getting reality check from FL others at times...

Even though I don't watch mangal laxmi but from promos it seems like both in Mangal ,Laxmi it's the same story where PL trys to separate officially wedded couple just beacusr ML and PL were once in love that's why it gets good trp.... But here in mannat they are making FL the third angle... People might not understand who to support who not to and get frustrated

We ourselves are not liking showing mannat and vikrant do all these while he is married to other person.... Do trp audience who are relatively more conservative than us will like this??? 😕

They are conservative just for namesake. They love watching shit stuff and thats what itv has been churning out since so many years now to keep up with such audience. They wont entertain the same in their own households & lecture about culture, morality talks etc..

TRP audience don't think much. They watch multiple shows every day. I was so furious when I came to know about Vikrant and Malla's wedding -- created an Insta account and vented out. But if you think calmly, without this wedding, there is nothing that is going to stop Vikrant and Mannat from coming together.

From 10 minutes of Laxmi that I watched, I feel that the antagonist was his first love or something like that, and he married Laxmi. Here both Mannat and Vikrant started on a great note.

Often, confession makes the show reach a dead-end. If I see it setting aside my emotions, I can see why writers did what they did. The TRPs are not great, and a love confession at this point would have tanked it further. Aishwarya's moves were not working. Mannat had to know to fight back.

Why these new gen MLs are so apologetic where they absolutely are not supposed to??

Call me old fashioned but I hate these breed of. Ye ‘bholuram’ MLs who are ‘manipulated’ by PLs and vamps and wait to be rescued by ‘strong’ FLs.

Lost had me stuck coz I loved Sai’s character way to much and could not abandon watching without closure- but here I am loosing interest.

I was watching clips only, lately only reading updates and now even updates give headache.

It looks like this is show is also going into poopers. I will visit here to have fun n troll when I get chance but looks like Adnan n Ayesha and mainly US, lucked out with creatives.

What a downfall man! Rarely have I ever rooted for a ML and Vikrant was those rare exceptions. But kya band bajaya 🥁 hai CVs ne iske character arc ka, he’s almost irrelevant to the story atp!

I’d hoped this would be a wake up call for Vikrant and he’d be the one to expose Malla. Bhai ML hai, let him use his brains except for blindly trusting his fam and distrusting FL. Kya downfall kia hai inn nalle CVs ne bechare k character arc ka!
