seeing the bts of Mannat entering SM, tripping and caught by Vikrant and inadvertently carrying out the Grah Pravesh ritual (both real off screen and on screen) with their intense eye locks enticed me back to watching. Loved today’s episode so much, Ayesha, Mona, Adnan and Hassan delivered outstanding performances.

The writers gave Ayesha some superb lines for Mannat and Ashwaryia’s confrontation. I keep saying - that’s the best line yet……only for a few minutes later yet another cracker, and another. Loved the saat pheras and vows Mannat made and seeing her reduce ARS to tears was superb.

Q1. In a Punjabi wedding such as this, which ritual is considered the most sacred or important? The sindoor dan?
Q2. And 7 pheras and exchange of vows can be missed?
Q3. Is the Grah Parvesh, a welcoming of new bride into the groom’s household, not considered religiously symbolic?

Not asking in an attempt to find hidden meaning and invalidate the ViMal wedding but I just wanted to understand the various rituals and their symbolism. I know the writers are toying with the audience by continually showing ManVik completing the rituals and Raveena relishing in announcing (most of) ViMal incomplete and apshagun 😂.

I’m not going keep beating myself but instead enjoy our leads’ brilliant roles.

Mannat doesnt know either ki usne kyun shaadi ki... she is also giving him angry looks... but that anger and his anger is on different levels... his look like hate.. sorry to say... Mannat is hurt.

agree … it’s crazy Vikrant needed a little nuance of love that was lost… he immediately went into hulk mode

I hope they cut short this crap of Malla … Shaadi jaise hui hai waise nibh bhi jayegi … what the heck is “nibh bhi jayegi”… so no love no attraction just pure egocentric nonsense

Sharain was hit and miss in acting too… Matlab abhi tak Mannat dost thi… what reason does she have to hate Mannat ( that the world knows off) I mean she knows she has trapped Vik, she goes overboard at times

Vikrant kah gold digger comment was heartbreaking for me to watch for Mannat… but her reply was also very apt! Stellar!

the entire episode was so good to watch! A lot of undercurrents between Vikrant and Mannat; Mannat vs ARS; Mannat vs Malla

Adnan as we know has such an expressive face, but sometimes i don’t understand the subtle implications. I was grappling at Vikrant’s glaring anger today……. not long earlier he was having a meltdown that Mannat was his first and only love and why she hadn’t come back to him when he most desperately needed her, then when he saw her it flicked instantly to anger?? I get he was angry that she dumped him yet came back, but at that point he didn’t know about the shares. But wouldn’t he be pained that she came back but too late?

It was heartbreaking seeing Mannat realise that he had indeed gone ahead and married Malla.

I wonder if Mannat had arrived 20 minutes earlier… how either would have reacted?? No-one would have let her enter the house I know, but still just wondering…..

I commented before reading yours…… you’ve expressed it well - he should have looked relieved and even a little guilty …… that would have made better sense.

hadn’t appreciated that the backlash last week/end may have made any impact to the shooting and storyline.

I wish they wrap up this marriage quickly. Ideally that should be the first priority.

With the fake proposal, this has been going on for over a month. Now, it is exhausting to watch Malla and Vikrant together because "helloo" ...Mukta and co, they have been working together for a long time. We need to move on.

I really hope they take the backlash seriously and fast forward her exposé.

I am waiting for Mannat to know why he married Malla. But why should she do all the work, getting gallis and get outs from everyone? I wish his bulb lights up soon.

In the meantime, one Mezbaani scene with punnu and Mannau, even deciding on a menu will tear Vikrant apart. We need some light moments.

Agree aabout Sharain. I thought maybe she had to show her panic because she knows Vikrant 's state if Mannat is closeby.

but her authoritative 'Vikrant', 'Vikrant' is grating, for sure.

You know the 1 dialogue I was rolling at something along these lines "Jo Humara hain , Jo tumne dhoke sye lye liya, waapas lauta do"
