When she thought of falling for this indecisive fool she should have remembered that he was on the process of marrying Sonalika and he left that girl in a sec. But she never thought clearly. Now Sonalika will show her worth in Shivansh's life. She needs a reality check and open her eyes.

In the precap he tells Prart to let Sona live in their room. Then there's Sona-Shiv conversation, we don't know if he will sleep there. He is still in outside clothes. Although this is probably next morning, so who knows.
