I am happy with the amount of effort they are trying to pull the south essence in the show. It will never be always perfect. Hell, in Tamil Nadu also things variate from city to city.

The typical traditional Tamilian outfit which you are referring about will not work with Hindi speaking audience or overseas audience, because they aren't much used to it. So it's always is going to be somewhere here and there.

That would be an amazing twist. There was a tamil movie with the same twist.
