Raunak wasn't the stranger that lady was talking about cause Prart knew him, Rau is her childhood friend. Also there was this scene at the mandir, Prart & Payal were tying the thread in the name of their future pati. To safe the diya from turning off Payal ran and her thread cut and Prart stop to safe the diya, pundit said by this happening neither will be in that family, and that's what happen. Didn't see the episode, only the precap. Did they show the bts scene today? If not, then that's coming after Bua's drama. Maybe it will be resolved rather quickly because in the bts scene they seemed to be in a good mood.

I think Ekta likes to repeat the Bajaj formula from time to time. She also loves the childhood friends to lovers trope but usually that needs better actors / chemistry because those are low on drama (compared to strangers to lovers or enemies to lovers or forced marriage / marriage of convenience tropes).
